The Estimator/PM is responsible for the estimation, project management, the overall operational and financial success of the projects assigned to them. They work with the General Superintendent to coordinate project resources, schedule, and profitability. Requirements include: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, 5 years experience in construction estimating (HCSS preferred) and project management, proficient in Microsoft products, strong communication skills (both written and verbal). PE preferred but not required.
